Ask your Member of the Senedd to support Sarcoma UK’s Swansea Rare but Real Walk

Dear Supporter,

Sarcoma UK is holding a Rare but Real Walk in Swansea on Saturday 22nd August – the first Rare But Real event to be held in Wales. It will bring people together for 5km and 10km walks along Swansea Bay, helping to raise awareness of sarcoma and funds for Sarcoma UK’s work supporting people affected by this rare cancer.

The event is an important opportunity to raise political awareness of sarcoma amongst Members of the Senedd (MS), how it affects people’s lives and the need to improve the experiences of people affected by sarcoma.

We want as many MSs as possible to show their support for this event, either by sharing it with their constituents, attending if they are available, or posting about it on their social media channels.

One of the most effective ways to make this happen is to contact your MS and explain why sarcoma matters to you.

This page will help you find your MS and includes an email template you can use.

Thank you for supporting our campaigning work. If you have any questions, please email policy@sarcoma.org.uk.
